I have read on various sites to arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled interview time. Other people seem to arrive as soon as the consulate opens, even if their interview is much later that day!

I'm confused so I'm looking for a solid answer about the right amount of time to arrive before they scheduled interview time! I really don't want to be late and anger the officer!

Please help!

Thanks!

Common sense would dictate what you do.

Have you learned from others that have gone to the embassy you need info. about? This would be the best place to start.
