Has anyone knows from category LPR to USC can change or bring petitions to relatives moves faster?

LPR to USC:

Faster. F2a to CR1/IR1 and CR2/IR2. Spouse or unmarried child under 21.

No difference. F2b to F1. Unmarried child over 21. Slower in F1, so beneficiary can ask to retain F2b when parent brcomes USC.

No way to make it faster in the F2b category. When parent becomes USC, the case becomes an F1. But F1 is slower than F2b. Law allows F1 in this situation to retain F2b.

Marriage to USC would be the only faster way through a family member.
