Filling 2014 taxes, inmigration consecuenses. QUESTIONS????

My husband is a Green conditional card holder and file for Remove conditions July 2014, with no answer from vermont. I want to do My 2014 taxes Alone, 2012 and 2013 i file with him but this year i dont want to do for problems betwen him and me about money. If i dont file with him this can affect his green card process???

And i file for My two stepdaugthers, for an ir2 this can affect their process???

I have to wait for husband green card for can Make My taxes?? Or any way i have to file with him because of the ir2 i been doing for My steps????
