Do have them watch the weight of the suitcases, i saw many both coming and going having to repack while standing right there in line. He seems to think he can bring everything he always wanted to have here at one time, i told him best to divide it out into things for (right now) mail some on ahead, or leave for family to follow up on little at a time.

check the airlines website for baggage allowance. there should be a list detailing quantity of bags (mixture of checked/ carry-on) and weight & dimensions per bag. if you are close to the weight, print out a copy of the page to prevent a ticket agent from "accidentally" overcharging for excess weight.

Now yall know I am certainly no expert in Islam but I am curious. What is the stance on the big "M" in an Islam society? I know its not acceptable in the religion I grew up in.

He was adament that our stuff be in the same closet and perhaps even touching at all times, so I kinda had to work around that.

If chicken isn't meat, it wouldn't need to be halal.

I don't get why it's being said chicken isn't meat? And halal isn't about meat, it's about permissability.

I dont belive chicken is meat because of my religous belifes. I am allergic to fish on fish fridays

That can be really confusing. I know some people who say they are vegetarian but they eat chicken, fish, seafood. I don't really consider that to be a vegetarian but differnt strokes for different folks I guess.

In Islam, the rulings about it are varied, there is actually very little that pertains to women, and little that deals with separated couples. Just as Henia's dilemma about separation for more than 4 months resulting in divorce, it is necessary to examine the context under which the act occurs. Many scholars agree that in marriage, intercourse is primary, but they do allow for the act to prevent zina. Whether it's done alone or in a facilitated manner with your spouse, it is being done in the context of married, but temporarily separated, and that is the domain of the couple, not the scholars, being that they are being satisfied in a manner that does not require a third party and adultary.

I can't tell you how many times I've met clients who said they were vegetarian but ate fish, and chicken. huh??

They really need to look in the dictionary to find the definition of a vegetarian.

As far as chicken not being meat... I just looked up the definition of "meat" and half said chicken is meat, half said it isn't. Whatever. Come on dictionaries of the world, lets get this straight! ha
