About the second question, my husband considers himself to be ethnically Berber and culturally Arab. He double dips. He has no problem interchanging the two and neither do I.

Eat in bed! Finger foods to have in bed are seductive. Sliced apples and oranges, nuts, chocolate covered strawberries, etc. can be consumed and incorporated into your fun.
