In theory they could deny the second interview if something has changed in their minds. You wouldn't have been told you could file a waiver if you didn't pass the first interview but don't assume the visa is automatic now.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Hi everyone! After a super long waiting for I601, I will have a second interview on February. I am so worried if they will deny my Visa again.

So my question is have anyone been denied when you have second interview?

Thanks in advance for answer

I have a question. Did your I-601 application go back to NVC after it was approved or did it go straight to the embassy?

And yes, you can be denied a second time. Or the embassy can be nasty and just put you in AP. This is the thing my husband and I are most scared of.

My application went straight to the embassy and took about 6 weeks to get the instruction letter. I am so worried. Hope I get Visa this time.

Ok. I was told by USCIS it goes back to NVC first. I hate having to call the misinformation line.

Tell my how your interview went please? I just want to know what kind of post approval questions they ask so I can tell my husband how to prepare.

Thanks

Sometimes while waiting on I601 & re-called

to an interview that's a *beneficiary interview*

there's probably more questions that Neb want

answered by your consulate after speaking to you

Sometimes ppl with CIMT gets that because the

first CO issue/ticked the wrong spot on 221G or

erroneously said you need waiver or you need I212

also, it can be a number of reason don't stress , just

for the day...did they say bring anything in & what was

the waiver for

If no documents were requested prepare for a thorough interrogation re: the misrep

make sure your story coincide wit the 1st one and what you send in your waiver

Take anymore docs you may have to strengthen your case DO NOT give what is

not requested from CO unless its something that would further RULE in your favor.

Keep an open mind go over your paper work, with misrep, the adjudicator wants you

to be questioned about something and DOS (consulate) again decide, its call *Review* or

*beneficiary interview* sorta like being stoked.....don't despair , relax and be honest, also

remember what your case outline have been and stay positive at interview....good luck

PS * Regardless the outcome the atty can file an AO or appeal, keep busy and

its usually best to use a new atty for an appeal if you have to
