Help with DS-260 - school no longer exist

Hello VJers,

on the ds-260 form it asks about what school did you attend? my problem is that the school doesn't exist anymore, what should I put down?

I would put down the name of the school and if you have report cards, etc., from your school days at that school, I would send copies, or do research and get supporting documentation to prove the school did exist.

Thanks for the reply Shenelle, unfortunately I don't think I have any of that info left, and I tried searching for it, and I find one page (wiki page) and of course it mention's that it's gone.

I'm just wondering what I should put as the address to fill that form out....

actually -- it looks like I finally found a page with the address, of course, the article talks about how they director just fled and left hundreds of students without their degrees

Oh my!! Can you not contact someone at the town/city hall and ask if they can get you some of the information? or, the Board of Education?

For the most part they mean post secondary and above. Do not worry about elementary or middle school. You can put high school as the oldest. If it no longer exists then put the address it was at when you attended it.

cool thanks NLR, that's what i'm doing, i'm just going to put whatever the last address that it had, lucky there was a website describing its location and provided the address
