First oath has been taken n then explained rights in US and explained about domestic violence. Asked only few questions....

Who is calling you? What your husband is doing? How did you meet? Is this both of yours first marriage? Date of marriage.. thats all

spent less than 2h, first we were pre-screened

i gave them my passport, IV letter, police certificate..they went to get my record and they gave me back some of the papers that we sent to NVC

told us to seat and wait for our number to be called again..

less than 30min we were called and CO sworn us,

he only asked us:

How did we meet?

How long did we dated?

When did my husband went to live to the U.S. (after he finished college here in my country)?

How we decided to get married?

if we have kids?...

What do i do for work here in my country?

And thats it.. No photos, no tax reports, no letters...none of those proof of relationship that we prepare

Visa approved

We spoke in english with the CO, very nice and easy going person

Weren't you aware of the joint sponsor's previous sponsorships when you used him?

Find a new one ASAP. No JS = no visa.

Calm down, you are almost there, get a joint sponsor ASAP and your visa would be approved,you waited for this and it is almost here, do not be discouraged.

its not necessary, but my country is a red flag for us immigration..so unless a big excuse, they advice you to bring your spouse..

Apart from income,my joint sponsor's property value is of $2,00,000. So i cant even imagine this issue aroused by CO.

You can contest if you believe your JS meets the requirements but it will be an uphill battle. Just a find another one. I'm pretty sure your husband has other relatives or friends willing to help.

sf786 does this mean that you will go in second interview? or now you just need to drop the new joint sponsor and wait for their call? what about ceac status? it shows administrative processing? how much do you need to wait after you send new i864? please those answers will be for future help to anyone

Yes i can but i dont want to. Because it will justvstretch more n take time. We have already contacted our another relative,he will send it in few days here and will submit a new sponsor as it has been asked.

I am already waiting since 22 months n dont want mess it up more. Thanks

I have asked this to CO before leaving interview window. My status is showing AP right now. After submitting,it may take few days,i dont know exact time. But i need it early bcz my husband is here in India right now n he want to take me home with him only. Need your prayers...

interview done yesterday march 17 (which happened to be my birthday).. got approved
