Congratulation!!!! you all deserve it hopefully next vb ll pass all July filers ....xfingers

Can someone can confirm that retrogression it s over for a while ... It s so stressing knowing vb can slow down

Iam a believer too but still .....

I strongly believe that retrogression will not happen in this fiscal year but it will be long enough for visa bulletin to reach 2014.

NVC is currently processing cases at an average of 55 days without checklist. I plan on calling them as soon as the VB is released, i already sent an e-mail seeking to know the status of my application.

Dordor, I think you should give them a call as my pd is 1 day before yours (23SEP13) and they told me they started processing my case so I should receive an email in within 28 days. So at some point I should be able to do my Choice of Agent.

I tried to call now, the number is busy,my priority date is 24th Sept 2013, please do let us know when you access choice of agent, it follows a chain if you access it, i should be able to access it. I would keep trying to call NVC.
