We have information from Domenican Republic only, no China, no Mexico, no India, no Philipines, in wich category is Domenican Republic? Rest of the world? lets hope that there will be movement for all categories this visa bulletin! i hate freezing it to 0 days!

Hi,

If your case is completed at the NVC you don't have to submit anything at the embassy either AOS or W12

My friend went in November 2014, he was not asked anything, other than :-

His detail

Wife details (petitioner)

And about their relationship.

Pls pd June 13, 2013.

Nigeria

Any news at all.

the thing with March, April IVs is that tax info was already or will be sent to the IRS, and they can ask you to see the W2 or the form 1040 in this case of 2014. Its better to be safe, and get those...to avoid getting in AP if they ask you to send it before issuing your visa..

Why NVC is making us feel more irritated? We are already frustrated. Told same to my husband when he called that they are scheduling for April...my PD is May 24. Why it happens with us only? M so disappointed but happy at same time bcz my hubby is coming India tomorrow.
