It's tax season, you need an updated i864 specially if your interviw is schedule for march or april. I dont think february folks would need it because people just started filling their taxes and some people may not have filed yet.

thanks for the update.

What the hell nvc is doing. still saying no visa available for u. Wt non sense it is? My pd is 24 May n still no IL.

mine is 16th may and nvc is sucking...

My husband just called and the guy told him they are only scheduling for February VB... He just ignored my husband when he told him about the cases with later PDs who already got IL..

It's like... talking with a wall...

I don't think they will pay much attention if you tell them about other people who got IL already, remember that every consulate it's different and some start to schedule interviews earlier than others. Keep trying.

My wife called and they told her they are scheduling till may 8. So I think we need to wait another month to get IL. PD 13 May 2013

that is for the month of february that they are working until may 8th. My pd is may 21 and my interview is for march 25 and there is someone else here who pd is june something and her interview is on march 16

nvc representatives have gone mad...... if they r still scheduling for April then May turn is next month... Sucks.... Lucky one got the dates, specially June ones....

My wife just called and Nvc sucked again. They told that they are still scheduling interviews of last month (upto may 8) and told her your visa number is not available so call again on March. What the hell Nvc is doing???? pd may 16
