is there anyone here whose AOS has reached 1 year timeline. shoukd he submit i864a again or just show taxes.

What the hell nvc is doing. still saying no visa available for u. Wt non sense it is? My pd is 24 May n still no IL.

It's not possible...India is same as ROW.

They said it's case to case n embassy to embassy different. It seems mumbai embassy is still not open for scheduling with slots.

Did u ask them how come ppl with juin got it and u still not??

Can't believe it!

Just before the retrogression I saw people from different embassies getting IL with PDs with CCs later than ours. Then retrogression hit us, and now this.. I just don't understand...

if your case is completed at the NVC you don't have to submit anythingto them anymore. You just have to bring the new i864 with your 2014 tax info with you to the interview.

i dnt think new Aos is needed. The old one should work. Latest 3 years tax paper works U can take 2014 tax paper if u want. Mine Aos was rejected coz of some mistakesand told to take new one on interview.

It's tax season, you need an updated i864 specially if your interviw is schedule for march or april. I dont think february folks would need it because people just started filling their taxes and some people may not have filed yet.

My husband just called and the guy told him they are only scheduling for February VB... He just ignored my husband when he told him about the cases with later PDs who already got IL..

It's like... talking to a wall...
