I dont think thats important if u will send them the letter from the employee u dont need the bank statment

sponcer will be my wife sister n both have employment letter which i will take on interview with Aos..

Both.but i heard someone here said that some lawyer says that 2014 is not needed

The amount depends on the number of your household. Study the i864 instructions carefully. If you can't, tell your petitioner to seek help from an immigration expert/preparer.
