You can schedule an embassy interview as soon as you receive the Manila case number from the NVC. Do not wait for any NVC letter. After 2 weeks of the USCIS NOA2 approval, call the NVC and ask for your Manila case number. They will give it to you. You might have to call several times to get through, or wait in que a while, but eventually you will speak to a rep. who will give you the case number after they ask you some formal security questions like birth dates and names of both petitioner and beneficiary. Once you get that you can move on and schedule medical at St Luke and interview appointment at embassy.

The Embassy sent me an email with all the instructions to follow. If you need a new DS- 160 get that done ASAP then book an appointment but be sure that you have everything done (medical, documents, etc.) before your appointment date. Give yourself plenty of time to get it all done and don't wait too the last minute, start NOW....Good Luck

Does my fiancée and I did right that we just submitted DS-160 online that we haven't receive NOA2?

Hi everyone. Do we get a letter from the embassy to Petitioner to then be able to ask for an interview appointment date for K1 Visa? Or when can we set up interview?

Any response will be appreciated.

Thank you.

No you did not do things correctly if you completed the DS-160 and have not yet been approved by USCIS. You need your MNL # (which you get from NVC after approval from USCIS) BEFORE you can do anything.

Once you are approved by USCIS .... then follow the process below.... follow the flashing red arrow then click the link.
