The reference was directed toward the impeached witnesses of Ferguson, who claimed Brown had his hands up while calling out, "Don't shoot." Of course, the evidence clearly showed Brown to be the aggressor and brought about his own death just like this dummass kid did right here.

I agree 100%. If the kid with a illegal gun had not run and picked a gun up of the ground and had it in his hand, the cop would not have had to shoot him. it was unnecessary

The shooting happened outside of Old Agency Baptist Church near Highway 69 and Military Boulevard. Officials told FOX23 that Terence Walker, 21, threatened to kill a woman who was attending a wedding inside the church. He ran away when police arrived and officers found a gun on him. “It was right after the wedding when everything happened. The young girl came into my office crying. I asked what was wrong and she said, ‘I’m going to be killed,’” said Pastor Andre Jones. The girl told Jones her ex-boyfriend Walker was headed to the church with a gun. “I told her he doesn’t have a gun and she said, ‘Yes he does. He showed me yesterday and told me he has a bullet especially for me,’” Jones said. Jones then called police and Walker was on the church lawn by the time officers arrived. Sgt. Michael Mahan with Muskogee police said Walker ran when officers tried to search him. An item fell from Walker's pocket and when he turn back to pick it up while facing the officer, the officer shot Walker.A loaded semi-automatic handgun was found in close proximity to the suspect. And unless there were some extreme extenuating circumstances, there was nothing on that video that would lead me to believe that was the case (in this specific case). I'm still trying to figure out - based on what I saw - what could be going on between his ears that would justify firing...

It looked to me like the assailant, and at the point in the video where the gentleman was repeatedly shot he had already made felony threats to kill at least one person or more, assaulted the officer in his attempt to flee, and stopped to pick up the gun illegally in his possession, the now deceased appears to have initially turned said illegally possessed firearm at said assaulted police officer and in the only point I saw him do anything remotely resembling smart realize that the officer had the drop on him, again turned to flee.

Justified suicide by cop.

1. carrying the handgun

2. making threats

3. and even more stupid for running from the (white) police.

If he didn't do any of the 3 above, he wouldn't be dead.

That said, we have way too many (movie hero wanna be) cops out there.

For too many cops, this is nothing more than a hunting game of ... thrill, excitement, and fun.

This begs the question of if that was a white man, would a black cop likely to have

shot and killed him in that situation?

I'm thinking yes...because too many cops of all colors in US have the mindset of

shoot first and answer later.

While both were stupid in judgement in my opinion, this is a true tragedy to our society

and I feel bad for both.
