I was looking at my case status and I saw that it changed for this on

On January 21, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC.1234........., and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What's this means is kind of confusing because a lot of people on forum said that it should be some kind of tracking number or something!

Can you all please tell me when I should expect the card?

The MSC.. looks like the receipt number, not a tracking number. You will get another txt/email saying that they mailed and will give you a tracking number. The card should be there in a couple of days, they tend to use priority mail.

Can you all please tell me when I should expect the card?

Once the USPS pick up the mail, your case status online will change and will show the tracking number of the package/envelope or they will also give you updates through txt/email.
