Forgot to Include Photo In K-1 Application Package

My case was received on July 24th at the TSC and I received the NOA1 on July 28th. I now realize that I forgot to include the photos with the package. Is it possible for me to just send the photos to the Lockbox where I originally sent the application package? I would hate to have to wait for when they finally process my application to then have them ask for the photos, or even reject it.

No, wait until they send you an RFE. Which photos are you talking about? passport photos or photos as a proof you have met in person?

Thank you for the reply. We included photos of us together. We just didn't include the passport photos.

The lockbox is just an intake facility. You cannot send extras/additions there. If you already received your receipt notice, then your case has already been sent to the service center that will be processing your petition anyway. It should tell you which service center will be processing your petition on your NOA1 receipt notice; California or Texas.

It is best to wait for an RFE before sending anything to the service center.

Yes it is better to wait .Most likely you will get an RFE as passport photos are require.
