Administrative Processing but the Consul said the visa is approved during my interview

I don't know BC my interview date was on jan 14 and its change to issued same day so it took almost 2 weeks including holidays that it reached 2go

We have the same interview date but the ISSUED status was just today. Thank you so much:)

hi Hank@ need some help;)! my additional docs finally reached embassy thurs. last week im so happy less stress now:..) so what do u think after embassy confirmed me they got them, how many days for the ceac status change toISSUED:)? hopefully! read some vjmembers comment with same case like mine took for their ceac status turned to ISsued;),,,

If I go by what others have posted in the past, it can still be weeks before you will see ISSUED. Late documents/medical tend to add a couple weeks to the processing time after USEM has them.

I will keep my fingers crossed that all goes quickly for you.

thanks for ur moral support hope wont be that WEEKS but week only;)) help me think positive hahahhaha;))) CS lady id spoken call embassy back after 2weeks:) dont what will be her update for me again;(!)

Finally our CEAC status changed from ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING to ISSUED. WOOHOO! Only took 5 working days. ?????

hi LERRY@ congrats happy for u;)!!! i hope my AP status will change to ISSUEd tomorrow,;)so did embassy ask u of anything afrer the interview like DoCs? i just completed the docs they askwd from me last januAry 22, just counting 23,26,27 today then what ISSUED also for me;)! im happy for you im sure u are now shouting for joy ))

hi Hank@ remember when i posted calling embassy for my foreign clearance they got it like jan22? ? and just this morning i logged in again to check if there any changes, id seen the update date changed to january 26;(? what does this mean? somebody updated my file yesterday; surprising coz i askwd my hubby said he didnt either called embassy to update it , and who did if not us,? meaning embassy themsellves updated

It means someone at the embassy looked at your case file on the computer.

You may see the date change some more as each time the Embassy personnel open to view your record the date will change. When they complete something with your record and it moves on to the next step in their process your CEAC will change to AP or Ready. Issue will be after Ready which means your visa has been completed and issued and has been handed over to 2go for delivery.

This is an exciting time and everyone wants their visa yesterday. Just have to have a little more patience.

And just around 5pm today;))( i checked back on CEAC and the status date changed from January 26 to january 27,, meaning embassy has been looking on my casefile and im sure its progressing hoping can it jump to ISSUED?)) hahahaha im so thankful atleast this long stress slowly paid off, God make it happen;)!

VISA,,,, turned from AP to ISSUED:))))) jump for joy,,,,went to ask 2Go staff and said expect visa arrives next week;) yipeeee:))!!!Now busy again with packing,,, now feel tense in just a matter of week il be with my hubby,,, Thank U GOD!!!
