Timeline won't let me update or edit.

I got approved today but like I said the website won't let me update my timeline so it would be adding misinformation to the system, so I think it's a good Idea if you guys reset my timeline again and I just don't fill it up.

Not sure if this will be noticed here, but i've got the same issue with my timeline showing Armenia as the consulate. I've tried changing it several times to Canada, but the change never sticks. Any help? Not a big deal overall, but it would be nice to have it be accurate. Thanks!

I'm having problems similar to the first person - I chose the CR1 visa with EAD and AP but now I can only update my form I-130 and not my EAD and AP. It keeps telling me to go back and "change my visa application" but I've confirmed that my profile DOES show EAD and AP, I just can't touch those sections on the timeline because they are permanently collapsed. Meanwhile other sections of the timeline unrelated to my case do show up. Any advice so I can keep the stats up for all?

I have been having similar problems for like a month almost. I have been trying to update my timeline but it does not appear the option to add/edit timeline. I started the I-751 ROC process and I wanted to update that in my timeline.

Also I have trouble to change the picture of our profile. Every time I want to change it, it keeps showing the same current picture or it takes a like a week to show the picture I was trying to upload. On visa journey support, my status keeps showing "Being processed", it has been like for the last 24 days.

I guess I will never be able to update my timeline in this site again?

Anybody else with same issues?
