okay im still having trouble.. is the medical really important do i need to do it? i cant afford a damn medical im rom ireland we aint diseased lol the i-685 or something is the medical examination and vaccination form? do we HAVE to file it with the i-485 etc etc and i-130? if we dont will they ask us to file it anyways?

also i still dont know what to write into the i-485 form bit where it says about the visa i got? its a visa waiver i dont have any visa number, i thought if i left anything blank ill get denied? or if i wite in something that isnt legit or wrong area ill get denied because that part is wrong????

How many times you're going to ask same question ? Yes, you need medical, if you don't send it with I-485, first thing you're going to get will be RFE suspending all processing (including work permit) and asking for medical. What was unclear in previous answers ?

is it okay to goto the library and get a copy and print out of your birth certificate ? or does it have to be the original copy?? i have it on me but i only got 1 for all the forms?

Yeah so a photocopy of my birth certificate and my wifes is fine? or just send them the copies i have? (which are copies anyways) but only have 1 each between us...

Keep your copies. Make additional copies to send them. And keep copies of everything you send for your records too.

And yes, YOU DO NEED A MEDICAL.

what is unclear is that i have no idea what to write into these 2 parts on the i-485 since yall know it all and be rude on here in past threads saying find out/read it or listen to what everyone tells us, when they dont tell us the right information..

if someone can answer this for me ill be happy..

Also.. what is unclear about it was i dont know what i have to put in some parts and also where i goto the civil dr at ?? does USCIS give us one? or do we have to goto one ourselves and pay for it and get them to fill out the other medical examination form for us then seal it and send it off to uscis with the aos etc etc.. how long does it take to get all that from the medical? is it right there and then or do they send it out to us??

Why would i need to hire a lawyer when we got all the smart people on here who claim they know everything but when asked a simple question cant reply with an answer?? how about you go hire a lawyer and learn some google skills, i type 200 words a minute and you?

ive googled it, binged it, yahooed it and visa journeyd it.. no help anywhere and someone must have done this before

I went through the whole process all the way through N-400 entirely on my own without asking same questions over and over again. Thousands of people done it before, just basic computer skills are needed to find the answers.
