You guys have been researching this very issue for a long time now...

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/422952-visa-waiver-program/

In nearly two years you haven't had time to read the guides - linked clearly at the top of this site?

Filing for AoS is a straight forward process and pretty easy. Read the information carefully people already linked to. Also, read the USCIS instructions. Do not just skim at best. READ! Your questions are answered in the instructions. It appears you have not even read the USCIS instructions and looked at the forms on the USCIS website, so I encourage you to take the time and read. And I would encourage you to "diss" the members here who are trying to help, especially since you are not even reading their comments carefully and the links they send you. If you are not happy with the forum and its members, feel free to hire a lawyer and pay 300 dollars per hour who is not going to help you near as much as people on this forum.

file both together, then put everything into the same envelope, i130, aos,ead and ap, i 325a, i864, i693(which is d medicals that are sealed.

put everything with all supporting documents (such as birth certificates, passport picture, copies of passports, marriage certificate, proof of relatioship, copy of marriage certificate and anything else i may have forgotten)

You fill all these forms go over each one of them question by question and then have your spouse check them all as well, once this is done place all into one large envelope with cover letters for the forms you are sending explaining what you are appling for and what you have sent in support. ( example cover letters can be found by searching VJ forums or google). you either write a check to us department of homeland security or you buy a money order for the amounts stated one the forms i believe you need one for 420 and 1070. place all of this in that envelope and send to your designated lock box facility.

That's basically what you need to do,

After reading this reply, go and download the forms and start filling them in, and when you hit a snag, again I repeat when you hit a snag come back and ask, people replying above have told you all of this already. I just tried to break it down again, go start the process and then you will find that it is not so difficult from your responses it shows you haven't done anything yet.

Go get started then it will become clearer to you if your imagining the whole process it will be very confusing and seem hard.

sorry we are just stressing over this its overwhelming at the moment.. but yeah youre right we will do them out now and then if we hit a snag come back for some answers...

quick question before we fill them out, can we fill them out online, then print them out ??? or does it have to be in pen?

for the Affidavit of support under section 213A of the act form does it need to be filled out by my wifes grandmother who is going to sponsor me/us and keep us (fianically) until we can get on our feet, (she has money in her bank and retired with benefits..

so does she fill that form out? since she is my sponsor with money etc??

also can we fill these forms out online all the forms including i-130 & i-485 every form we need basically, and then print it out and sign and date it? is that okay

your wife fills the i-864 then your grandmother also has to fill as a co sponsor,

then as for your other question, you can download the forms on to your computer and fill them out on your hard drive then print them out which is what I did. just make sure you go through each question one by one.
