Interview schedule for April 24th!!!!!!!! Wooo Hooo!!!! I'm over the moon, and he's at work and has no idea yet :/ lol but i've emailed him at work and at home and text him and also emailed his mum! haha he'll find out one way or another!!

How is yours?

We are finishing up with everything. He goes for his medical in two weeks. Our interview isn't until June 8th so he is going to do the medical around the first of May. I have all our documents ready except our bank letter and I will get that done the first of May. I want that to be within 30 days of his interview. My flight is booked and I am so ready to go! LOL

Keep us updated on your progress.

He text me as soon as he got back to the hotel! We're approved!! I can't remember when I've been this elated.

I was hoping to pay the visa fee today but I had to once again email the embassy with yet another question. In my package 3 they stated that my visa would cost $240 and would be paid through ustraveldocs.com. When I go to that website I am suddenly supposed to pay $265...

It is $265 for us too, though she pays at the embassy on the day of interview.

Just saw this.. I've been chasing around after things today booking medical .. which I managed to get for tomorrow :o .... as said previously, things are moving fast !!!!!

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
