Houston we had a problem! Or something like that.

We don't have our interview date yet, I was getting crazy so I e-mailed the consulate asking them for an interview date and they answered saying they don't have mu case yet. So, of course, I freaked out so does my fiance. He called NVC today and they said it was shipped on Feb 13 by DHL. Looks like the CEAC website updated too early just for driving us crazy.

Package was delivered on 19. So now I can wait more peacefully if that is possible... lol

July 03, 2014: NOA1

January 09, 2015: NOA2 (190 days)

January 14: Sent to NVC

January 16: NOA2 hard copy

April, 6: Medical

April, 7: Interview/Approved

April 29: Visa received (FINALLY)

I checked this morning and my case is also in transit :D I am OVER the moon!!!!

I called NVC today and they said my case is not there yet and it takes 35 days to get there ... (this is not a good news ...lol)

Please is anyone which NOA 2 approved with February 13 date whose case is already at NVC yet??? :clock:

Same here. Just called NVC..... They still don't have mine. NOA 2 was Feb 10

Hey everyone, quick question. My fiance just started working in a new city after our paper work was sent in. His parents signed the affidavit of support as co-sponsers (way before the NOA 2 so the info reflects the finances from 2013) but now he has a new job and we no longer need co-sponsors. Does my i-134 need to reflect the information from the new job? Or should I keep the old paperwork?

9/21/2015 - still no biometrics appointment...


9/9/2015 - 1st service request (inquiry)


10/6/2015 - 2nd service request (inquiry)

I am really confused about DS 160. The Kuwait embassy website states that they only require DS156, 156K and 261 along with I 134. However, when reading the posts here, it seems that DS 160 is mandatory. What should we do?

My fiancée completed her DS-160, paid the visa fee, and now she's attempting to schedule her interview. Unfortunately she's just getting a message saying "There are currently no appointments available." There's no additional information.

I know the Embassy in Ghana requires you to do the DS-160 online. The DS-156 & DS156K and the I-134 are taken to the interview.

I would have your Fiancée do the DS-160 online and get that out of the way.

She emailed the embassy (there's no phone number to call) and she got some weird generic email to contact USCIS... From searching around this forum it sounds like she just has to wait and keep trying. She still needs her medical as well, but the clinics won't let her make an appointment until she has an interview date.
