My NOA2 was Feb 10 but NVC still don't have my case.

Uscis still not updated online.

What can I do?

Call the NVC. USCIS never updated my case, but I called the NVC and they gave me a case number.

It happened also to us, USCIS never updated my case saying it was going to NVC, but since @LoveInGanha got it (we are 3 Feb NOA2), we just called today to NVC directly and found out that we have a NVC case Number already and it is waiting to be shipped to Bogotá's Embassy soon.

It happened also to us, USCIS never updated my case saying it was going to NVC, but since @LoveInGanha got it (we are 3 Feb NOA2), we just called today to NVC directly and found out that we have a NVC case Number already and it is waiting to be shipped to Bogotá's Embassy soon.

I almost feel like I've graduated one school year to go on to the next, coming to this thread from the pre-NOA2 one, lol. I breathe so much more easy now after knowing that our petition was approved, though I'm also hoping for a speedy process through NVC and the embassy in Sweden.

Nvc said they don't have it....... I need to wait 35 days :(

That is the standard line they give. If you were approved on the 10th call them today...tomorrow...Wed....call until you find out if case is received. I think I called about 3 times before my case was there.

Hang in there...but keep calling. I found out the best time to call is a few min before 7:00 am EST. I got through no wait at all.

As for packet 3, they could mean this site: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview/prepare.html. Halfway down the page you can select your consulate and get a pdf file with instructions. A little further down the page there's a link to a page that lists the documents you need to bring with you to the interview. I contacted my embassy (way ahead of time) and asked for this information so I could start preparing early, and that's the website they sent me to. I'm afraid I don't know anything about DS-2001 though, sorry.

The DS-2001 is the Statement of Rediness. I've only found one from the Australian Embassy online. Basically by signing and returning the form you are saying all your documents are together, medical and police cert are in hand or completed and you're ready to be interviewed. Edited by Lorvin

Fiancé Called tonight! We got our MTL.. number and were told it was sent to Montréal today, yay!

Now I am filling ds-160 form. Is it too early?

July 29th 2012: Saw each other for the first time, met Family
August 2013: Got engaged
July 2014: Sent 1-129F petition
July 29th, 2014: Received NOA1.
February 5th, 2015: NOA2!
April 16th, 2015: Medical in Montréal
May 15th, 2015; Interview- APPROVED!
June 22nd, 2015: POE at Champlain Border

September 4th, 2015: Wedding! :dancing:
 

AOS/EAD/AP

February 20th, 2016: AOS/EAD/AP Package sent! (Received 2/25, yay for USPS delays!)

March 4th, 2016: NOA 1 for all 3 applications

March 11th, 2016: Hardcopies with all 3 receipt Numbers received

March 30th, 2016: Biometrics (as a code 2, Maybe have to go again?)

April 25th, 2016: Walk in for the SECOND Biometrics appoinment (Code 3 this time, Officer was not the happiest but told us to come back at noon and he'd let us in.)

May 16th, 2016: Submitted Service Request for I-765

June 8th, 2016: Called USCIS concerning delay, officer put another request in and said the previous one would like be ignored as it was created through their website.

June 21st, 2016: Contacted both NY Senators.

July 1st, 2016: RFIE for I-485.

July 8th, 2016; Sent Evidence Requested by USCIS. (Received July 13th)

July 15th, 2016; Emergency Advance Parole due to Family Emergency

July 27th, 2016; Contacted USCIS Ombudsman as my I-765 has been pending for 5 months.

July 30th,2016; EAD/AP have been approved!
