My fiancé and I got a RFE due to the fact that he left the criminal history section blank. Turns out he had 3 DUIs 20 years ago.

Has anyone been approved after 3 DUIs?? I'm terrified. Please help

Ouch. To add to this is him having left it blank, as if they never happened. This will be viewed as lying by omission.

While 3 dui are bad it is not an automatic denial case Only certain crimes are consider automatic deny . A waiver may or may not be needed. He will need to submit certify copies of all court records. It might be a good Ideal to see if you can get some advice from a couple of immigration Lawyers. Some will offer a free initial consultation.

Hey! I don't think you will get denials otherwise they are not asking for RFE. My fiance had 2 DUIs and small possession of drug so that made it 3 convictions. He got certified documents from the court for each case and sent it back to CSC. I was damn worried about this RFE thingie but we just received approval from USCIS website today. I think RFE may be a good thing in a way that they already look at your package. So get documents whatever RFE asks for and you will be fine. :)

Oops forgot to type my reply. That's good to hear! He made some dumb mistakes 20 years ago but is now a good man with full custody of his 2 girls. I'm such a nervous wreck!

By the way he is the petitioner
