Filed Form I-130 & G-325a - Forgot to sign the attachments - Possible RFE?

While reading the IR-1 / CR-1 step-by-step guide for a spouse, I remembered that I forgot to sign/date the attachments for both the I-130 and the G-325a forms. Would I get an RFE for this? The actual forms are all signed and dated, it is just the attachments.

- Attachments are coupled to each corresponding form (paperclips).

- The footer for each attachment clearly states what they are and includes my name as well as my spouse's.

Misc. Questions:

- Are RFEs issued during the time they are processing the application or during an initial review? i.e. If it takes 6 months to get the NOA2 and assuming we should expect an RFE for the missing signatures on the attachments, would we be getting it closer to end of the wait period?

- After responding to an RFE, would the wait period reset or could one expect a quick response?

I do not think you need to sign attachments. Only where your signature is required on the forms. You can get an RFE anytime after it is accepted at one of the service centers and your file is actually being look at by someone.

Depending on what the RFE is for on how long the response is. It could be an approval or you could get another RFE. They do not always ask for everything at once that is needed

again I really do not think you will get a RFE for missing signatures and dates on attachments

You shouldn't get an RFE for an attachment. But then again it's all about how picky the adjudicator is that handles your case.

An RFE comes whenever they finally get to your case. Not at Initial review. They don't go through it now. Your case is sitting in a box now waiting its turn. Then when your week or month comes up for adjudication (like I hear Nebraska is adjudication July 22, 2014) It could be 5, 6, 1 year from now no one can tell you how long. When they review/Adjudicate your case that's when you will or won't get an RFE.

When you are sent an RFE you are given a window of time to respond. Once sent they will respond with approved in their time. Sometimes fast sometimes not. I have seen RFE response from them take 4 months after they get your response back. I have seen 2 weeks after. It just all depends.

I was just worried since this is clearly stated on the USCIS instructions for filling the form. The application package I sent was pretty organized with an index on the cover letter and everything bundled per that. At least I won't make the adjudicator mad on that side; hoping he/she gives us a break with the attachments.

I don't think you will have any issue really. The main thing the forms are signed. You will be fine.
