Yes good things are important and I don't want any issues in our proceedings for AOS. So, that's why I am confused about whether apply for AOS or Consular processing in my home country?

What kind of issues I will get if I go with consular processing in India? Is AOS is far better option for me right now than Consular Processing?

Thanks,

From what I can tell, yes.

Thanks all for replying !! Do you think that my case can be good for Interview Waiver? How should I send my application so it would good for interview waiver? Kindly suggest.

Given the fact you did not adjust on a K-1, you are very likely to be questioned, so I would expect an interview.

Since you didn't come with K-1 visa you will have interview but if you have good proof it will just be an easy interview.

There is no chance you will get interview waiver. Every single adjustment from anything else other than K-1 requires an interview. It is mandatory.

Kind of a nice story to read. This sounds "like a book someone reads" like I said, nice!

I see no problems here, 16 years in this day of immigration, I just do not see a problem.

Just file your AOS asap, and also include your AP/EAD at the same time.

You will have your EAD work permit within about 90 days.

Good Luck!

Hi All, thanks again for replying to all my issues. One more question now, could you please let me know the all application forms which I need to submit.

I-130 - Petition for alien relative

I-485 - Application for adjustment of status

I-131 - Application for advance parole

I-765 - Application for employment authorization

I-693 - Report of medical examination and vaccination record

G-1145 - E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

Do I also need to fill form G-325 - Biographic Information? I don't know if it's mandatory or not?

Is there any other form which I need to fill and submit?

Kindly advice. Thanks !!
