Do the send it to the embassy or will mom have to pick it up?

My fiance just had a medical exam and it was around $400 (a little less). He went and got the exam and then had to go back about a week later to pick up the papers. You should have plenty of time. My finace was able to get an exam with the clinic within a couple days.I can't remember which clinic he went to.

Hope that helps & good luck!

They should have provided her with a list of authorized Doctors she could go to. The Doctor will let her know what vaccines are required to enter the USA. Visit this link http://haiti.usembassy.gov/getting-a-medical-examination.html

We used Dr. Buteau and it was around the same cost as the other poster. That included all vaccinations as they are MUCH cheaper to have done there than once they are in the states. They were wonderful and we had zero issues with the medical. They had everything finished w/in 5 days and even provided us with copies of the sheet that listed the vaccinations given. We used this with our AP packet (we were a K-1) Hope that helps a little!

On a side note, I'm sure there are clinics that may be less but as the saying always goes, you get what you pay for. This dr came highly recommended to us and he did not disappoint :-)

Awaiting Oath Ceremony for Citizenship! Last step!
