Hello everybody! I just want to ask if anyone of you have tried to pay USCIS FEE ($165) when you was already in the US? What are the steps on paying aside from online? Thank you!

All I can recall with immigrating a mother and a daughter, had to send it bunch of forms for each of them and some with a fee, that amounted to $$$$$.

Another real killer was that I-693, a free form with the USCIS. but had to find a USCIS approved medical doctor to fill it out. Not covered by health insurance, and that was really $$$$$.

Hi Olivia,

I made the payment here in the US.

just create an account under your name (use your info 6in your ds260), and pay the fee. Using that account, You can monitor the status of your green card. The card will be deliver by mail.

Also, dont forget to visit your local social security office and verify if they are processing your SSnumber. otherwise, request for it. Bring your Passport with temporary Green card stamp with you, and a family member with your current address on their ID. Good luck ;)
