Ceac status so confusing

Hi i checked my status in ceac it says there that your case is in transit to the consular section.YOUR INTERVIEW DATE WAS PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER were processing k1 visa as far as i know we are the one who will schedule our interview right? Im so confused

Its just the letter format. No, you need to schedule your own interview for k1 thru online. NVC should revised their letter format. NVC scheduling only applies to Spousal Visas.

It's a general statement on the CEAC site that doesn't apply to you. We all get that same statement about the NVC scheduling our interview, but YOU must schedule the K-1 interview yourself.
