Wow, what to say....it's been a loooong time since I've been to this website. I just got so sick of all the Immigration ####### that after I got my AOS approved I just turned the Immigration switch off. lol.

For all those going through it right now-you'll get there, and oh man how I know how it felt. But one thing's for sure- Canadians are tough!

I don't really have anything to add other than I applied for a new passport only 6 weeks before I needed it-that's what I get for not having Canadian news anymore-I was unaware of the backlog lol. Now, no honeymoon for me and my hubby.

Thanks to all those who are still here, still helping-I want to come back to it when life resembles normalcy-that's not yet though lol.

So, hi all, hang in there, happy new year, big hugs >:D<

Life on the other side of this process........different. lol.

It's great being married and being with the person I love, but even though it's just across an imaginary line I still find things are different. Everywhere will be different depending on where in the US you move to.

I have been very welcomed that's for sure. For a while I hated having to learn all the red tape #######, but I kind of decided instead to become an expert on it while I went through it. I used it to help a friend going through the same process and I learned TONS here on VJ. So, take it all in stride and just think of all the information you will have once you are done-you'll have an area of expertise and experience not too many have!

Good Luck all.............yay 2007!
