K1 Visa journey started!-questions on next steps

Folks,

I have started the K1 visa process for my fiance who now lives in Singapore. Just to give you a little background info: I am a USC and live in San Jose, CA. My fiance is a citizen of India but has been working in Singapore for the last 5 years.

K1 has been received by Lewisville, TX office on Jan. 20, 2015. Yes, I have created a VJ timeline:-)

I have a few questions on the next steps.

1. What kind of documents does my fiance need to be prepared with and take with her when she goes to the interview in Singapore Consulate? I have already sent her a copy of the complete packet of I-129F and all supporting documentation of that package. Does she need her birth cert or any other docs. I heard there is a medical exam involved also.

2. Are there any members on VJ that have gone through the Singapore Consulate for Fiance visa? Your experiences would be much be much valuable to us.

3. What kind of documents should I, the Petitioner be ready with as a next step in the process? Will my appn be sent to the California Service Center later? I see the CSC is pretty fast compared to other service centers from the timelines on VJ

4. Assuming all documents are in order, how long do you think the process will take till Interview date from now?

I know there are a quite a few questions above, I would appreciate your feedback.
