ds 260 ???

Hı everyone

ı filled ds 160 form and send my papers to the embassy 1 week ago.ı recieved an email today (ı think you call it packet 4) and saying my file has been prepared for my interview and what ı have to bring to the embassy on my interview date.

□ Passport

□ DS-260 Form (please visit https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx) and barcode page

□ 2 Photos (please visit http://turkey.usembassy.gov/photo_requirements2.html for photo requirements)

□ Medical report (please visit http://turkey.usembassy.gov/medical_requirements.html for medical requirements)

□ Passport pickup location receipt (please visit https://usvisa-info.com/en-TR/selfservice/us_courier_information)

□ Divorce Decree (original)

□ Proof of relationship between you and your fiancé

These are what day want from me to bring to the embassy but my question ıs that..

Do i have to fill ds 260 immigrant appiication form because ı filled ds 160 .

I trıed to fill ds 260 but after ı wrıte my case number and Invoice ID Number it is saying

''K visas are nonimmigrant visas that assist spouses or future spouses of American citizens in entering the United States. As with all nonimmigrant visa applicants, a DS-160 must be filled out in order for a consular section to process the case.''ıt doesn't let me contınue to fill the form

Does anybody know what does thıs mean ?
