I am getting a little concerned. I filled the DS-160 Sept 3 2014 for my fiance in the Philippines and we still have not heard anything. Is this normal. I have seen some other timelines and they have been much faster. I checked the CEAC website and it says NO STATUS. What can I do? Is something wrong? Any advice would be great!

Did u check your CEAC status under IMMIGRANT? It will show as no status under non-immigrant.

You won't hear anything from the embassy. Everything is done online... you have been sitting and burning a lot of daylight!

You obviously have the MNL # (email a copy of the NVC letter to your fiancee, she will need it for the medical), now you need to pay your visa fee, schedule your interview (do that online), gather required documents (everything is listed in the embassy instructions letter), and complete the medical.

EVERYTHING is listed in the link below... follow the flashing arrow.

Lastly - stay here on the Philippines forum for your questions, you will get better answers relating to the process in Manila.

There are no useful links listed at the top of the linked page for process in Manila. The only links are to Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and couple of others.

Where is the information? I wonder if this is a browser problem. I'm using Safari on a Macintosh and will try Firefox next.

The links work on Firefox for Macintosh.

Sorry for wasting the forum member's time with this challenge.
