My fiancée has his interview coming up next month. Considering the Lagos embassy, only my 2013 and 2014 taxes meet the guideline. 2012 does not meet the guideline because I started working towards the middle of the year. I understand three years tax is the standard. Will this be an issue? Should I include my 2012 tax transcript even though it doesn't meet the requirements or just present 2013 and 2014

It's not a problem at all, the most recent one is the main one they are really after, so don't get scared about it. Just make sure you let him know the reason why your income was low in 2012 so that if asked he can tell them what happen and he will be fine.

You need the recent one so 2013 filed taxes... 2014 is coming up soon so If your interview is later this year, you might want to provide the 2014 if that's your case.
