Hello VJer's,

Quick question here about some up coming fees.

My fiancee' and I just got our case number from NVC. However still waiting for our package to get to Moscow from NVC. We still have not completed our DS-160 form. My questions are..

1. I know it is $265 for visa fee for her, but what about her son? He is under k-2. Another $265?

2. Do we need to fill out two DS-160's? One for finacee and one for son?

We are using a Visa attourney. The attourney included my AOS (1-134), Taxes, W-2, in the orginial package that was sent to USCIS back in November.

1. Do I need to send this information (updated signatures?) again directly to my fiancee for interview?

Any feed back would be great.
