associated fee bill invoices for aos and iv

I cant pay online and they said you can send money order in but I saw you have to with a associated fee bill invoices ............is that and I have been tring to call but only busy .. I just want to send the money in .............it been over 15 days so far since i paid the choice of agent .......... one and i have papers with my numbers but I dont see a bill for these.

If you are unable to pay your fees online, there is an alternate pay-by-mail method, but it can delay the processing of your case. If you choose the pay-by-mail method, you can mail a cashier’s check or money order by following the steps below.

Step Action 1 Review the Immigrant Visa Fee and Affidavit of Support Fee Invoices your agent received from the NVC.

2 Make a cashier’s check (from a U.S. bank) or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State for the amount listed on the fee invoices. We do not accept personal checks.

Important: Write your NVC case number on the memo line of the cashier’s check or money order.

The invoice is any paper you receive. You are invoiced when you can pay online. You when the $125 is there for the AOS and the $325 is there for the IV that means you have been invoiced.

It will be awhile before the IV bill is invoiced because you just sent in the DS-2621 (you didn't pay the DS-261 nothing to pay).

Most see the payment available to pay. But you will get an email that will say that your AOS is available to pay please go to XXXX website and pay. Same thing since you can't pay online you will send your money.

You cannot just send it in without being invoiced. There is no fee for "choice of agent"

Presumably this is the fee your immigration lawyer charged as USCIS/NVC do not charge for 'choice of agent' (did you not 'appoint' your petitioner as 'choice of agent'?)

no, when you choice an agent then it says pay your fee ...that was all in one transaction on line.....paying on line I dont have a lawyer.
