Thanks for the info. That actually was a lot of help. While we're on the subject, does anyone know what I have to send to the embassy for packet 3 so they will schedule an interview?

You schedule the interview online, so there is nothing that needs to be sent back prior. Make an account here: https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

As soon as you pay the visa fee, you can schedule the interview.

K-1

You don't send anything to the embassy, you (the beneficiary - ok the petitioner can help ;) ) does everything online.

Do I use the name of the beneficiary or the Sponsor to make the account?

The beneficiary is the one applying for the visa. :thumbs: Everything is done in the beneficiary's name.
