Packge 3 to petitioner or the lawyer?

we used a lawyer to file our 129f....does anyone know if the consulate sends package 3 to the applicant in the foreign country or the lawyer....my fiancee is in india...lawyer is in the us....

PK 3 goes directly from the embassy to the immigrant.

Packet 3 was sent to my lawyer!!! I called NVC and they claimed it would be sent to us but then the embassy sent it to the person I designated in the Choice of Agent....(DS-3032)

I don't see what that has to do with anything. It says in their profile that they are filing for a K-1

embassy sends packet 3 to immigrant

packet 3 is not the Ds 3032.

packet 3 has the papers pertaining to the medical and police report requests and all that good stuff in there.

btw, even if they were filing K-3 or cr1

again Packet 3 or packet 3.5 or packet 4

goes from embassy to immigrant.

some embassys put the interview date in the packet 3.
