Back of oath letter

I understand I'll need to check off the boxes on the back of the oath letter on the day of the ceremony. But a few questions:

1. I'm confused as to when I need to sign, in front of the person before handing it over?

2. For the "City and State" - is this where the oath ceremony is located (in my case Los Angeles, CA), OR, my home address?

3. Same goes for "Full Address and Zip Code" - are they referring to the oath ceremony location, or my home address?

4. It says to bring "Any other Immigration documents you may have in your possession" - does it include all the letter notices back from AOS and ROC? Or JUST my 2 year + 10 year green cards, and worker's permit?

5. One more about the signature, I've researched a lot and found mixed answers on it. I didn't do a name change. Do I sign my regular gibberish signature (that I've done for ALL my immigration paperwork) or a formal readable version (that I've never done before..ever)?

I have my oath tomorrow (sorry for it being last minute!!). Thank you!!

Your signature is your signature. You sign it daily. There is no need to change it based on what you are signing.

1- sign on oath date. Just make sure the date is the same as the oath date.

2- home address

3- home address

4- green cards/work permit.

5- keep signature consistent. Use the one you have signed everything for.

City and state need to be the location of the oath. If you live in Galveston, TX, but you are taking the oath in Houston, TX, then you put down Houston, TX.

A recent poster mentioned that at his oath, they crossed out his home city and state and put in the city and state of the oath.

It says "Signed at" and they mean where you handed in the form.

Jimmy, so oath location on city and state, what about full address and zip code?

I've read on another thread the oath location is on city and state, but home address on "full address and zip code". Mixed answers, ah!

I think that's right.

The first part asks where it was signed, which should be the oath location.

The second line asks for your address, which is were you live.

Well I crossed mine out and corrected that. Hopefully that won't be an issue. Thank you jimmyhou!

I hope I'm right so that you don't have to cross it out again and change it back!

You guys are right. I have done my oath ceremony this morning.

The first part is where your oath ceremony is holding. The date is Your oath day and the second part is full address where you live. Hope this can help you.
