It was a business decision, and in my opinion it was a good one. PARA USA isn't trying to sell assault weapons to Haill Ming, or even to the average

"Taken" fan. Most of their customers are hard core Second Amendment types who will love the actions taken by PARA.

I don't know who buys them. I have a number of guns and enjoy shooting them, but I never understood the assault weapons. I was in a gun shop a few weeks ago and was amazed by the number of people in there buying, or at least looking at assault weapons. Zombie apocalypse maybe.

If he had said "I think people are too reliant on mobile phones, I think they do more harm than good to society" do you think that the company that supplied mobile phones for that film would give a toss?

Seems to me the gun manufacturer and it's customers are quite small minded and petty. Another example of how the gun crowd puts more stock in the second amendment than the first.

What makes you think that the "gun crowd" don't honor the 1st Amendment? Many people in favor of gun control certainly don't honor the Second Amendment, but I've never seen the NRA take a swipe at the 1st.

Im not sure what you are reading. I have never heard an NRA type argue against freedom of speech, assembly, redress, or religion. On the other hand (by definition) the gun control folks are constantly lobbying against the second amendment. I happen to agree with them to an extent, but they are clearly unsupportive of the second amendment.
