If its day 62 you should call to get your update on the case...it should be completed by now.

Unfortunately even the smallest error is a big deal to NVC because the I 864 is a legal binding contract . Therefore anyone that gets a checklist regarding the I 864 must print a complete set of the form out and resubmit it in its entirety.

It took NVC exactly 60 days to review my checklist and CC my case.

Make sure that you write you case number up on the right side of every single page just in case they misplace it.Do the same thing on every piece of paper that you submit to NVC.

The instructions on your checklist tell you to use the barcode cover sheet..

I had read some people received checklist but they were instructed to just bring it during interview. is it still applicable by this time or depend on the country of interview.

That is a case by case basis.

Hi Guys. Kind of confused here. My case was completed yesterday but I received an mail with checklist about financial evidence. According to the email ,I the petitioner don't meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor my wife. I make 45,000 a year. Is it a fake checklist? Should I worry about it ? Please Advice.

Thanks

How many dependents do you have? 45K cover 6 people.

Perhaps there are errors on your I-864 or lack of supporting documentation.

If I was you, I will call NVC to ask for details.

I also invite you to post on the appropriate forum thread where you can get better answers and people can see your timeline.

Question: How does you case look like in these two links:

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/IVSummary.aspx Does your AOS fee changed from PAID to N/A to have a total of 3 N/As? If not your case is not complete yet.

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw== Does it say AT NVC or READY?

I also invite you to post on this forum thread where you can get more answers.

Frankjavir, I called NVC and they said the case is closed and waiting for interview date. They say might be a suggestion to be prepared to prove i make enough to qualify. I make 45K a year with no dependents. Three n/a showing on CEAC page. According to the person i spoke to i shouldn't worry about it and bring proof of income to the interview.
