couples of questions about the i-751 form

Hi, I have several quick questions about the 751 form.

1. Do they accept personal check? I am the conditional PR filing jointly with my husband, the USC. if they accept personal check, can that check be under my husband's name or does it need to be my name?

2. Do photocopies of all supporting documents (all in English) need to be notaried?

3. Is the size of the photographs submitted American passport size?

1. Personal checks are fine.

2. Documents do not need to be notarized, except for affidavits of support (which are weak evidence anyway)

3. What passport photo?

1. Yes, they accept personal check. Please make sure you actually read the instructions for the form at uscis.gov/I-751

Make the check or money order payable to
U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
NOTE:
Spell out U.S. Department of Homeland Security; do not use the initials "USDHS" or "DHS."

2. No, plain photocopies - no need for notarization. Again, in the instructions:

Copies. Unless specifically required that an original document be filed with the petition, a legible photocopy may be
submitted. Original documents submitted when not required will remain a part of the record, and will not automatically be returned to you.

3. Yes, photos are American size - 2x2 inches. Two passport-style photos for petitioners and dependents, regardless of age.
