I am not sure I understand:

because he had a record 30 years ago :

What record type of record from 30 years ago?

now they want more on the check list :

What data or questions on the Checklist are you struggling with ?

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.

yes , they say any records you have have a waiver . to cross border and now we are finding because of his records , he did theifing , none with weapons, no drugs or drinking or drivinag with drinking or ect .... he was into stealing in his younger days .. we just got turned down for visa (green card) the waiver for border is good for 5 years , but every 6months you have to have it stamped again.. but now we are learning we have to have a 601 for mortal tupurtal which was when he was like 19 years old and he hasnt been in troubles for over 20 years . so we are totally confused at this moment .. and hurting bad cause we are low income in fact bit more lower than normal..... runing two different places and ect .... doing all to get this process behind us . and all were getting is you have to hire a lawyer on this .... 2000, or 6000 or 5000 is what we have been quoted .. it will take me months just to get the lowest price .. so now what ....... i have tons of prayers every where ...............im missing my family horribly cause im 2000 miles away from them and its killing me inside ......... cause i dont want to have just my husband i want near my family and grand child who almost died when born and now .. Ive only touched him a couple days since born hes l 1/2 ........ this is so off to me ...... he hasnt been in trouble in over 20 years .. but they say now you need a waiver to live in america the other waiver is for the border......
