61 days yes. i made infopasses again and again and only than they looked at my file and processed.

when doing infopass, there is zero use talking to greeting information agent. you need to talk to an officer or supervisor if you have something you want to talk. you are wasting time going there if you talk to the window information agent whose job is to tell you what he sees in his computer.
