When to expect oath date after completed supervisor review

Hello,

My mother in law had her N400 interview on Jan 9, 2015. The online case status is showing that on Jan 14 the supervisor review for her case has been completed. They will mail a notice when final decision is made.

What to expect in that notice? Will there be any oath date in it or will it just be a approval notice? I suppose the next online status will be in oath scheduling queue. Am I right? Any insights please?

Did you mean a decision cannot be made at the point of interview? Under what circumstances did the I/O cannot decide to pass her interview?

No she got recommended for approval after interview.

My dad was approved at the same day. It takes him like a month.

wow lucky, interview passed on dec 11th and nothing since than still waiting for supervisor review! Where the heck is he or she? it's such a PIA to wait almost 2 months. Looks like the infopass we went to and talked 2 days ago didn't help as it is still a silience !

wow lucky, interview passed on dec 11th and nothing since than still waiting for supervisor review! Where the heck is he or she? it's such a PIA to wait almost 2 months. Looks like the infopass we went to and talked 2 days ago didn't help as it is still a silience !

The online status is still showing supervisor review is complete. Have not heard anything else.

Did you call in to check on it? Maybe they have more information? Talk to a Tier 2 officer if you have talked to them previously (about 30days ago)

no use talking to tier 2. it is same info with no progress and takes abou 4 hrs to get the tier 2 agent.

after 4 hrs, got a tier 2 agent who sounded nice and assured me he would send a service request to chicago office. He read to me where he wrote and asked me if I need USCIS's reply by mail or email. Gave him email. Told me the expidited request would be sent to chicago uscis office. When I asked him what he exactly sees on his computer, he tells me my case was approved on Dec 11th but they haven't put you in line for oath yet. Well on DEC 11th it was my interview that resulted in recommended approval by the interveiwing supervisor. Supervisor has been ignoring my file for too long

Almost none, I got fake update on phone from TIER 2 & congressional inquiry but USCIS basically lied to senator's office. the update is same as since early DEC, it is waiting for oath.

I made infopass on Jan 26th where i requested to look for my case and the agent promsied it will be finished and i will get oath in 3 weeks. well 3 week is just 2 days away and I still haven't received oath date letter.

USCIS just told them them my case is waiting for oath even though during infopass, they told me it is waiting for review from supervisor.

I have infopass on Monday and i will continue doing infopass every monday.

This time, i will ask for supevisor when i go to infopass if they don't give me oath info or final decision about my case

That's just not fair. Hope you recieve oath letter soon.

My MIL also went for an infopass only to get them say that the oath letter can take anything between 30 days to 120 days. What's your online status now? Any changes?
