en the AOS fee payment status is PAID:
1. The petitioner must complete and submit an Affidavit of Support (Form I-864).
To submit your application, go to http://nvc.state.govand click on Step 4:
Collect financial documents.
2. Read the introductory paragraph. Then click on > Complete an Affidavit of
Support form. From the chart, select the form that fits your situation. You will
need to click the GO button to access the form and instructions.
3. To complete your Immigrant Visa Application, you must submit copies of all
supporting documents. Go to http://nvc.state.govand click on Step 6: Submit
documents to the NVC. You will find instructions if you are required to email
your documents, as well as the processing and mailing information.
4. If you are required to submit physical copies of your documents, you must
include a barcoded cover sheet to identify your documents.
l If you received an Instruction Packet from the NVC, it contains a cover sheet.
You can send that cover sheet or a copy of the cover sheet. this is what they sent me after I paid the chose of agent its been 11 days now...........since i paid,,,,,,,I m am tring to do the next next steps on paying............ but it wont receive me to pay it throws me back to put my numbers in to sign in................... i have the froms completely done and printed off already .........the I 864 and waiting for my co sponsor in the mail .but I cant seem to figure how to pay it

I will closely follow your thread, I have my case and IIN numbers and was able to fill out DS261.. When I try to click on pay on that site I get directed to the sign in page again..

I read on the travel state site they have a different site when you want to pay, it's https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

Was able to sign in there and when I click on the pay button I get to the page where it now asks for bank details..

I would appreciate it if anyone will confirm or correct this.

Thanks!!
