Perhaps that conversation happens in your head, since it doesn't happen on here. The general point of contention is whether or not terrorism is so prevalent that you are in any ways likely to be the victim of an attack. You are not, however much you might want to believe the opposite.

I think most people would accept that terrorism is a reality of the world we live in and that law enforcement and the security services are always tracking potential threats.

Of course there are terror threats from radicalized Islamists. There's no denying something that clearly happens. That would be like denying water is wet.
