Hi Guys,

Do i need to have a scheduled Visa Interview as a requirement for a CFO Seminar? We're thinking of getting that part-- out of the way while waiting if possible. We just filed our petition and waiting for NOA2.

I Think you are way too early for that since you guys are still waiting for your NOA2. If I can remember CFO will ask you certain documents that's got informations of the petition. You don't have NOA2 yet so no MNL case number and everything if I remember it right its been a while. CFO ain't really hard you can get it done in a day so don't sweat it. You could go for it and try if you really want.

If you are planning to attend the seminar without the visa stamped at your passport, you will still need to go back for the second time for your CFO sticker. I just think it is a hassle to be going back twice.

Since you just filed your petition, the waiting period varies but Philippines has been experiencing a shorter time. In my opinion, I think it is better for you to wait your visa.

Hopefully, no RFE for you.
