For Place of Birth it requests "City/Town/Village" if born in La Reforma, Angostura, Sinaloa, Mexico. Would I fill in La Reforma, Angostura, or just La Reforma?

Form I-130 requests that any foreign language document must be accompanied by a full english translation that the translator certifies as complete and correct and that the translator is competent to translate the foreign language into english. If i am fluent in both english and spanish, can i translate my own birth certificate into english? How should i do this and certify that it is complete and correct?

How do i specify a PO box in addition to physical address on these documents?

July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
